Unlike Junmai sakes, this bottle uses a precise addition of distilled alcohol to lift the aromatics, creating a fragrance so vibrant it feels like a spectrum of colors.

Craftsmanship: 35% Polished Yamada Nishiki

The quality of this sake begins with the "King of Sake Rice"—Yamada Nishiki—polished down to an exquisite 35%. This means 65% of the grain is polished away, leaving only the starchy core. Combined with Takagi Shuzo's legendary "Shichitare Nijikan" (Drip Press) method, the result is a liquid of unmatched purity and elegance.
