"Tatsunootoshigo" (literally meaning Seahorse, or "Dragon's Child") is a rare rice variety developed exclusively by Takagi Shuzo. Created by crossing Miyama Nishiki and Yamasake No. 4, this rice was born to survive the harsh winters of Yamagata and produce a sake with a completely unique character unlike any other Juyondai bottle.
