Unlike Junmai sakes, this bottle uses a precise addition of brewer's alcohol to lift the aromatics to new heights. The result is a sake that is lighter, more fragrant, and incredibly refreshing—often celebrated as the perfect "Summer Sake."

Brewed with premium Banshu Yamadanishiki polished to 50% (Daiginjo standards), Ginsen bursts with a dazzling bouquet of muscat grapes and fresh peach.
