About the scent

You can feel the concentrated fruit aroma of red fruits such as cherries, strawberries, and raspberries, as well as nuances of cocoa and black tea leaves.

About the taste

Medium to full-bodied. The sweet and sour flavors of red fruits such as cherries, strawberries, and raspberries, as seen in the aroma, as well as the full-bodied, fine tannins, and the elegant aftertaste lingers comfortably. Chilling it slightly brings out the vividness of the fruit flavors.

Manufacturing method and cultivation method

About the manufacturing process

After sorting and destemming, cold maceration is carried out and the wine is fermented in open-top tanks. Periodic punching down is performed to gently extract the aroma and color components. Aged for 11 months in 100% French oak barrels (20% new barrels, 80% 1-year-old barrels).

About the cultivation method

Campo Lindo vineyard is very cool because it is located 15km from the sea. The 21st plot, "Viento Mar (=Sea Breeze)", is the closest to the sea among the Campo Lindo vineyards, and its name comes from the fact that it receives the cold sea breeze. Located at the highest point of the north-facing slope, the grapes ripen very slowly due to the direct exposure to the sea breeze. In addition, this plot has favorable conditions such as clay soil, strong sunlight, and a clear harvest season, so the grapes grow brightly in color and produce a powerful, rich aroma and impressive concentration. The soil is mineral-rich granite and red clay. The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-April.
