Juyondai Extra is a celebration of Yamagata Prefecture's local craftsmanship. It is brewed using 100% "Yukimegami" (Snow Goddess), a rice variety specifically developed in Yamagata to rival the famous Yamadanishiki. This rice is known for producing sake with a crystalline structure and exceptional purity.

Flavor Profile: Crisp & Silky

True to its name and rice origin, this sake offers a texture as silky and clean as fresh snow. It features a restrained but elegant aroma of white peach and lily. Unlike the juicy sweetness of other Juyondai lines, the "Extra" focuses on a crisp, dry finish that vanishes beautifully from the palate, making it an ideal companion for delicate sushi.
